OwnershipAll autonomous growth loops, 3-tier agentic orchestration stack (Airtable, n8n, CrewAI), and the "Critic" agent logic for quality-gating.

Compensation$200k - $350k Base + PIUs

DeliverableDesign autonomous workflows that incentivize growth, detect fraud ("Incentivized Spam"), and autonomously qualify leads. Build the "Critic" agent that governs the AI workforce.

OutcomeAchieve <5% Human Intervention Rate (HIR) on growth loops. Prove Incrementality and build compounding viral systems.
