L1 (The Gauntlet)
Complete a brief one-way video interview. Five questions. Less than 12 minutes. No résumé. We're looking for identity, not credentials. We test for cultural alignment and first-principles thinking before we test for craft. After this submission, we may reach out for an additional intro call.
L2 (The Diagnostic)
Top candidates receive a standardized, time-boxed (2-4 hour) take-home challenge. You submit an Artifact + Rationale. We evaluate both. This is unpaid but non-extractive—it's a solved problem, not free labor. After this submission, top applicants will speak with an internal leader and the Founder for alignment.
L3 (The Simulation)
Finalists enter the last gate: either a Paid Gig (1-2 week project) or a full-day, hands-on evaluation with our team. We choose the path that best fits the mission. Both are designed to test craft and chemistry in action.

We pay base + uncapped profit-sharing (PSB). High performers earn founder-level comp, not employee-level salaries. But you have to prove you're a 10x operator first. Complete the interview process to see the full model.
