L1 (The Gauntlet)
Answer five alignment and diagnostic questions. No résumé. This filters for identity, not credentials. We test for cultural alignment and first-principles thinking before we test for craft. To gauge our reciprocal working compatibility, see our Demand.io Codex. After this submission, we may reach out for an additional call to introduce ourselves as well.
L2 (The Diagnostic)
Top candidates receive a standardized, time-boxed (2-4 hour) take-home challenge. You submit an Artifact + Rationale. We evaluate both. This is unpaid but non-extractive—it's a solved problem, not free labor. After this submission, we may reach out for an additional interview with a senior leader as well.
L3 (The Assessment)
Finalists enter the last gate: either a Paid Gig (1-2 week project) or a full-day, hands-on evaluation with our team. We choose the path that best fits the mission. Both are designed to test craft and chemistry in action.

We pay base + uncapped profit-sharing (PSB). High performers earn founder-level comp, not employee-level salaries. But you have to prove you're a 10x operator first. Pass L1 and L2 to see the full model.
