L1 (The Gauntlet)
Answer 5-7 axiom-alignment and micro-diagnostic questions. No résumé. This filters for identity, not credentials. Takes 5-10 minutes. 50% pass rate.
L2 (The Diagnostic)
Top candidates receive a standardized, time-boxed (2-4 hour) take-home challenge. You submit an Artifact + Rationale. We evaluate both. This is unpaid but non-extractive—it's a solved problem, not free labor.
L3 (The Paid Gig)
Finalists are invited to a 1-2 week paid consulting project on a real mission. This is the final interview. You experience our team, tools, and problems. We see your craft and fit in action.
Response SLA: 48 hours at every stage.

We pay base + uncapped profit-sharing (PSB). High performers earn founder-level comp, not employee-level salaries. But you have to prove you're a 10x operator first. Pass L1 and L2 to see the full model.
