As the Senior Marketing Manager of Growth, my focus is user acquisition. Creating and managing performance marketing channels to grow our user base for Demand.io products.

My journey

After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I joined Fullscreen Media, a media agency where I was first introduced to marketing focused around YouTube audience development for broadcast companies. I took my experience to work in-house for Rakuten Viki, an Asian entertainment streaming company, and had the opportunity to grow and evolve my marketing career. Throughout my journey I’ve had the chance to work on multiple marketing channels such as organic social, paid media, PR, ASO, convention booths, and GTM strategies. Along the way, I was able to learn additional skills around product marketing, UX design, and video editing. With an opportunity to apply my broad marketing experience and scale the business with no limitations, I joined Demand.io’s team of deep generalists and innovative products.

Why I choose to work here every day.

I want to connect users with technology that would simplify or benefits their everyday lives. I believe in empathy, understanding users problems and creating solutions, rather than selling products.

3 things I go all in for.

Cooking

I enjoy trying new recipes that I find on social media and cooking for friends and family. If I get an amazing reaction, I’ll add it to my evergrowing recipe book. Ideally the recipe will not use too many kitchen tools as I love cooking but not cleaning.

Exercise

Whether it’s playing beach volleyball in the summer, playing pickleball at night, or lifting weights to get stronger, I try to do one active thing a day for my physical and mental health. It’s fun to break a sweat, see how far you can push your body, and consistently challenge yourself to be better than yesterday.

Streaming

My guilty pleasure and problem is binge watching TV shows and having too many streaming subscriptions. Whether it’s the new Korean drama on Netflix, anticipated anime on Crunchyroll, or hyped movie on Max, I’ll watch it all in a single weekend and definitely have an opinion.
