JP Arsenault serves as Staff Product Designer at Demand.io, where he applies his comprehensive expertise in human-computer interaction and systems-focused design to create intuitive digital products that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
Arsenault brings notable experience from Collimator.ai, a venture-backed modeling and simulation platform, where he served as Founding Product Designer and created the complete UI and UX from 0-1 for their complex, web-based B2B SaaS product. At Collimator, he built comprehensive design systems and modular component libraries that were adopted by thousands of engineers in the first year, while leading end-to-end product strategy through cross-discipline collaboration. Previously, he served as Lead Product Designer at Bravado, a Tiger Global-backed sales networking platform that raised $26 million in Series B funding, where he designed their marketplace platform from conception working directly with the CEO to define the business model and iterate features. At Edmunds, a leading automotive research platform, he served as UX Product Lead and optimized vehicle purchase funnel designs, achieving a 300% increase in conversion rates through A/B testing and multivariate analysis while leading design for large-scale projects including searchable vehicle databases and configurators.
Earlier in his career, Arsenault held senior positions at prominent agencies including RED Interactive Agency, a Santa Monica-based digital creative agency part of Endeavor, where he served as Senior UX Lead on client projects ranging from small applications to large web platforms for major brands. At Samsung Design America, he led UX design efforts from research through product concept development for mobile, tablet, and smart home projects. He also worked as Application Developer at Wisconsin LTSB and UI & Systems Software Engineer at Raytheon, providing him with a strong technical foundation that complements his design expertise.
